ABOUT MAXIMILLIAN MENACHER

I am a seasoned photographer whose career began in the darkroom, developing black and white prints by hand while still in high school. After graduating from the Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2007, I moved to New York City and began working in some of the industry's leading studios.

That path eventually connected me with fashion photographer Mariano Vivanco, becoming my introduction to the international fashion world. Over the next several years, I traveled across 13 countries working on productions for Vogue, Dolce & Gabbana, Rihanna, and others before continuing my career between London and Los Angeles.

In LA, I went on to lead photography and e-commerce for Bebe, while continuing to work across fashion, advertising, music, and commercial photography. I also had the opportunity to work alongside legendary photographer Peter Lindbergh on several of his final Los Angeles productions, including the worldwide campaign for A Star Is Born.

Photography remains at the center of everything I do, but over the past several years my work has expanded far beyond the camera.

I've helped build and launch brands from the ground up, including soda, gummy candy, and consumer product lines. My role has covered the entire process: brand identity, packaging, product development, photography, websites, e-commerce, social and digital presence, marketing, wholesale materials, and taking brands onto the national stage at major wholesale conventions.

What started as photography has evolved into something much larger an all-in-one creative, branding, and white-labeling machine capable of taking an idea from concept, to identity, to packaging, to content, to market.

At the same time, I continue to build my own body of work through ANGLES, publishing, photography, and BTW2LINES creating an interconnected archive of the people, experiences, conversations, and images I've collected along the way.

I still shoot. I still create. Now, I also build.
